Responsibilities: Developing the brand story and all online and offline promotion tools and products based on the marketing strategy. Actual work ratio is if 10 is high, design:2 design direction:6 marketing strategy:2. New challenge is APP development. Creating UI/UX.
And I am part of APP download promotion strategy for online and offline. As I am involved with projects, I recognize importance of customer journey, KPI tree, content marketing, ROI and LTV to evaluate every bit of creative.

2014/4-2017/6 Assistant Marketing Manager / Art Director, Tokyo
Responsibilities: Developing the brand strategy as well as leading the creative development and execution of offline and online marketing and advertising activity including budget control. Managing a creative team of writers, art director, graphic designers, video production specialists and freelance talent to develop and implement creative concepts for all manner of external advertising and communication as well as some internal communication.
Key Achievements:
◆Successfully promoted from Designer to Art Director and to Assistant Marketing Manager by a year.
◆Created research, branding design direction to change the image for ideal targets.
As a result, sales of main products have increased to 40% up compared to last year’s sales.

Responsibilities: Created new design concept and package and promotional materials based on “BRAND STORY”. Always worked with marketer and discussed creative designs with them to check design idea based on the strategy. Coordinated production team and finished final materials.

◆Successfully increased the profit for the client, Resona Bank by designing
the membership leaflets monthly a whole year based on branding. as result, We boosted
twice as much work and budget for next year.
◆Regained trust from the client, JR EAST Agent by discussing in depth of problems and
creating guidelines on a designing brochure. Dealing with marketing issues have given me
better understanding on marketing aspects.

Responsibilities: Created and renovated apparel brands based on considerations of MD, VMD and COMMUNICATIONS to support them in new directions to expand their markets by licensing business. Created image planning books from concept to detailed designs based on marketing aspects.

◆Successfully Created brand image books with proposal to gain the master right in Japan
from elite model brand which was worth 300 million yen.
