I was responsible for a website renewal project aimed at enhancing corporate credibility and improving visitor UX.

As an IT company, I aimed to create a trustworthy atmosphere. Using a blue-based color scheme and incorporating rounded shapes to avoid excessive formality, we pursued an art direction that conveys warmth within a well-organized framework.

The Division section expands upon the descriptions of each business unit that were lacking in the old corporate site's design, making each page independent. Links to the product sites are also provided from the Product Division page.

One of the goals of this website redesign was to improve our recruitment efforts. I believed that clarifying the information on the company overview page would help dispel candidates' distrust. I first arranged for a portrait shoot of the president and rewrote the CEO's message. While internal staff may not pay much attention to this page, it is crucial for establishing trust with visitors encountering the company for the first time.

I have significantly expanded our recruitment information page. The previous site lacked dedicated application pages for each position and did not clearly state working conditions. On the new site, details for open positions are published as individual articles, categorized by salary and position for easy searching. You can also view detailed benefits information and employee testimonials.

The inquiry page was complicating internal operations on the old site. By optimizing the contact email address and forwarding settings, I built a system where inquiries are automatically routed to the appropriate department based on their content.

As part of the process work, I extracted elements from the old website and added what was necessary for the new website's objectives to create the information architecture, then proceeded with wireframing based on that.

The code was outsourced. Through collaboration with them and after several revisions, we were able to launch this website on October 6th with our company name change.
